On 15 and 16 November, Stara Zagora welcomed Digital4StaraZagora, the biggest event in the region for online businesses. The theme this year was Trends in Online Commerce for 2025, and speakers covered topics connecting traditional commerce and customer connection through online platforms to the use of artificial intelligence.
In a special panel devoted to “Access to Finance” the leading experts from the team of EDIH Zagore Dr. Rumyana Grozeva, Executive Director of ARRI – Stara Zagora, Christina Kasparian, Director of the Center for International Economic Cooperation of BIA, Vasil Demirev, Coordinator of EDIH Zagore and Nevena Peeva-Todorova, Circular Economy expert at the Norwegian consulting company Prios offered advice and guidance on financing for businesses, as well as the opportunities that digital innovation and the circular economy open up for local businesses and international cooperation. Participants learned about real examples and opportunities for sustainable development and digital transformation, which is the goal of EDIH Zagore.
