The European Commission provides the opportunity to apply for a voucher scheme for the provision of services for innovative, green and digital solutions and advice on finding investment for the development and implementation of such solutions, provided by the EDIH Zagore. The funding is under the Digital Europe Programme and the Research, Innovation and Digitalisation for Smart Transformation Programme 2021-2027.
The voucher scheme is open to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, small companies with medium market capitalisation and public organisations from the South-East region of Bulgaria. The aim is to increase their capacity for green and digital transformation by providing several groups of services:
- Pre-investment testing – pre-testing of innovative, green and digital solutions using
- High performance computing with the AVITOHOL and HEMUS supercomputers.
- Cybersecurity testing
- 3D and virtual reality design and prototyping
- Additive technologies
- Dedicated labs
- ICT and CNC equipped
- eHealth and mobile technologies
- Proprietary module-based platforms, proven methodologies, flexible business models and customized services
- Access to innovation ecosystems and networks
2. Advanced digital skills training – acquiring the skills needed to: - Creating, managing, testing and analysing ICT related to technology development, including coding
- Software and application development
- Network management
- Machine equipment management
- Big data analysis
- Internet of Things
- Cybersecurity and blockchain technologies
- The training will be delivered face-to-face or hybrid with public sector organisation/institution or by topic.
3. Investment sourcing support – a range of services to attract investment through public and private funds provided through: - Individual advice tailored to the specific needs of the applicant
- Group information events – face-to-face and hybrid
- The total amount of funds under the procedure is 650 000 EUR or 1 271 289, 50 BGN.
