The European Commission is making two funding lines available for blue economy SME projects.

Applicants must be based in one of the EU countries except France, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain
Duration: from 23 September 2024 to 12 January 2025
Deadline for applications: 26 August 2024.

The programmes aim to support SMEs in the blue economy by funding the following services:
1) Consulting – this service includes a wide range of services that will support the internationalization of companies, such as (but not limited to):
- Market analysis
- Digital Export Management
- Cost Analysis
2) Training – training services specifically designed for the internationalization of companies. These will be tailored according to the characteristics, objectives, target markets of the selected entities, and with other aspects. SMEs will be encouraged to find common training needs and opportunities with other selected SMEs and to carry out joint trainings implemented by suppliers.
